By engaging the services of Essay Staffing Pvt. Ltd., clients agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Essay Staffing Pvt. Ltd. provides workforce and manpower solutions across various sectors, including Security, Manufacturing, Hospitality, BFSI, and FMCG, based on mutually agreed service contracts. All manpower deployment, job roles, working hours, wages, and service charges shall be governed by the terms mentioned in the service agreement executed between the client and the company.

Essay Staffing Pvt. Ltd. ensures that all personnel deployed are recruited through ethical practices and are trained as per industry standards. However, deployed staff shall work under the direct supervision and operational control of the client while on duty at the client’s premises. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misconduct arising from factors beyond its reasonable control, except as expressly stated in the service agreement.

Clients are required to ensure a safe working environment and comply with all applicable labor laws, statutory obligations, and workplace regulations. Any changes in manpower requirements, work schedules, or service scope must be communicated in writing and may be subject to revised terms and charges. Payments must be made within the agreed credit period, and delays may attract penalties or service suspension as per the agreement.

Essay Staffing Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as agreed upon in the service contract.

1. Registration with Essay Staffing is necessary for all the candidates before any consideration.
2. Calling or Initial Screening of the candidate profile as per job applied by candidate or Shortlisting of a candidate for interview is solely to the discretion of Essay Staffing with no specific time period.
3. If the candidate does not attend the interviews, arranged by Essay Staffing then we are not responsible for that Job.
4. We worked on interview-based Selection or placements only. We do not interfere in any selection process as this is strictly between Employer & Candidate.
5. First Preference to be given to their locations but Candidate must be flexible for Job within their State also.
6. If candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she has to inform us and endorse a copy of the appointment letter/Offer Letter immediately to us for our records.
7. Candidate are requested not to breach integrity. It is advisable to provide. all the documents & details submitted or provided by you are must be, correct & genuine and you will produce all original documents & details for verification as per demand by the Employer.
8. The employer will be requested to terminate the employee essay staffing and we would be sending a replacement of him/her In any case is service charges are not paid on time.
9. Essay Staffing is free to pursue legal court proceeding against the candidate for breach of contract.
10. Essay Staffing will take action in accordance with the laws of India as applicable. And Candidate will not be considered for any vacancy in future.
11. If a candidate is recruited for a job through Essay Staffing, he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning organization.


Service or Placement Charges Policy: -

Case I – No Cost registration,
ESSAY STAFFING will not responsible for any payment given to anyone by cash or online other than our company current account mentioned below or in Portal. Case I I -

1.We Don’t Charge Full OR Half Salary of Monthly CTC as Placement Fees, If services charges is paid by our clients
2. 50% of Monthly Salary CTC as one-time service charges only post receiving Offer Letter from Employer or from first month salary to be paid, which is to be through online mode to us i.e Essay Staffing ONLINE PAYMENT MODE COMPANY CURRENT ACCOUNT SBI BANK – UPI ID is .................. If you are successful in your application, the personal data in your application will be maintained and used for purposes of administering and managing the employment relationship between you and Essay Staffing.

Further you authorize us and/or our associates to verify any information or otherwise at your office/residence and /or contact you and/or your family member and/or your Employer and or any third party as they deem necessary. This consent will override any registration for DNC/NDNC.

You shall notify immediately to Essay Staffing in the event of any change for the same at: info@aartrecruiters.in and on Essay Staffing Job Portal.

You further undertake, declare & confirm that all the documents & details provided & uploaded by you are true, correct & genuine and you will produce all original documents & details for verification as per demand by the company.

By providing the information in and submitting your application, you confirm that:
